College Graduation Cake
This was a very fun cake to customize for the college graduate! I started with two 9x13's stacked on top of one another (with a vanilla pudding in the middle) and frosted it to look like a super big textbook. Then I carved a 6" cake to look like the shape of a graduation hat and placed dried gum paste on top to act as the mortarboard. I also shaped some gum paste into a diploma and let that dry so I could add another prop to the cake. I think it turned out spectacular!
Feel free to contact me if you would like a special cake for your own graduate!

Looks great :-)
I've had a resurgence of my cake business-I've had 4 cakes in the past 2 weeks. No graduation one though :-)
That came out really really awesome!! WOW!! I always think I want to try to make some neat cake for my boys on their birthdays...but it just never works out that way...I just can't find the time...Nice Job!
