Spring Bridal Shower Cake

I absolutely love how this one turned out! A simple, yet elegant cake that becomes quite a statement once you add the Gerber Daisies. 

This was my first time ordering flowers from a florist for a cake. Lesson learned? Be specific! :) I asked for Pink Gerber Daisies and that is what I was given, but I did not realize Gerbers came in minis! It was also a darker pink than I had wanted and the color clashed with the ribbon. So, on a whim, I drove to Wegman's and found these beauties!

I may have to utilize the Wegman's florist center more often. :)
